Cancellation policy:
Guests are offered free cancellation up to 7 days prior to their check in date. A refund of their deposit will be returned to them if they cancel within that time. If a guest makes a cancellation within the final seven days leading up to check in, no refund will be made. We recommend guests take out holiday insurance.
Check in:
Check in is between 4-6pm.
Check out:
Check out is before 10 am.
Children:
We regret we are not able to accommodate children.
Pets:
We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
No Smoking Policy:
Ebb St Ives has a strict no smoking policy on any part of the premises, including, outside. This includes e-cigarettes and vaporisers.
Lost keys:
There is a charge of £20 for lost keys.
Breakages:
Please report all breakages. If your leave without reporting breakages then we reserve the right to invoice a guest following their departure.
Parking:
There is free on-site parking on our drive at the vehicle owner’s risk. Please note we share access to the drive with our neighbours. Please do not obstruct the driveway entrance at any time.
Access:
Access to the property is via the main entrance which is a stable door and is 84cm wide. This gives access to a tiled hall and staircase. Our only guest suite is on the first floor of the property and is accessed via this flight of stairs, which has a left-hand rail. The stairs are carpeted and consist of 13 steps including 2 left hand bends. Regrettably, for this reason, we are unable to accommodate guests who are unable to walk up this flight of stairs.
All internal doors are standard 84cm wide.
All other areas of the house and garden are strictly private.
Food allergies:
It is your responsibility to inform us before your stay if you have any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
